POSITION SUMMARYCambridge Lakes Charter School is seeking a reliable and safety-conscious individual to join our team as a School Safety Liaison. This part-time position plays a crucial role in ensuring the safety of students, staff, and families during school dismissal by serving as a traffic director and/or crossing guard. The position is ideal for individuals who are dedicated to school safety and enjoy working outdoors.
ESSENTIALFUNCTIONS
- Direct traffic to ensure a smooth and safe flow of vehicles during student dismissal.
- Assist students and families in safely crossing streets and navigating school grounds.
- Follow and enforce school traffic safety policies and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff to maintain a safe environment.
- Report any safety concerns, traffic violations, or incidents to school administration.
- Remain vigilant and attentive to ensure student and pedestrian safety at all times.

Part-Time - Hours:
2:30 PM – 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday - Rate of Pay: $16.00 per hour
