Adjuncts are hired on a course basis each term. Salary Range for Adjuncts teaching in this academic area is $500.00 - $3,750.00 per course. Governors State University's College of Arts and Sciences seeks to create an available pool of Adjunct Faculty candidates to teach courses in our Division of Arts & Letters.

Adjunct appointments are instructional in nature, not a part of the faculty bargaining unit, and not included in membership of the Faculty Senate.

QualificationsMinimum Qualifications
- Master’s degree.
- Experience teaching undergraduate courses at an accredited institution.
Preferred Qualifications
- Doctoral degree.
- Experience teaching online at an accredited institution.
