Summary of Job Duties
- Recruit by attending college fairs, high schools, and virtual events to attract potential students. Provide information about the college and its resources. Advise students and families on admission policies, program options, financial aid, and career paths. Travel overnight and occasionally on some weekends.
- Bachelor’s degree required. Two to three years of experience preferred.
- Strong public speaking, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Deep understanding of the admissions process, financial aid, and institutional policies.
- Excellent time-management and organizational abilities to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Must be willing to travel for recruitment events.
