- Title: Special Education Teacher
- Location: Olympia Fields, IL
- Duration: 13th Jan 2026 to 3rd June 2026
- Onsite/Virtual: Onsite
- Position Type: Contract
- Working Hours: 32.5 to 35 hours weekly, from Monday to Friday ( 7:15am-2:15pm)
- Student Age Group: Elementary school.
- Case Load: 8 students
- Develop and implement individualized lesson plans and instructional strategies to meet the diverse learning needs of students with disabilities.
- Create, implement, and manage Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students, ensuring goals are met and documented appropriately.
- Conduct assessments and monitor student progress to track their academic, social, and emotional development.
- Work closely with general education teachers, parents, and support staff to coordinate services and ensure a cohesive educational plan for each student.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that supports the unique needs of students with special needs.
- Possess a Bachelor’s Degree.
- Hold an LBS1 or ECE SPED Certificate.
- Any prior Elementary school SPED experience is highly desirable.
