Job DetailsThis is a grant‑funded position and reassignment will be based upon performance, progress toward research goals and continuation of funding. Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full‑time basis for any employer without sponsorship.
PurposeThis Senior Administrative Program Coordinator will assist with development of content and format of adult learning curriculum materials on topics related to substance use and mental health recovery.
Responsibilities- Conduct research on best practices. Coordinate and obtain feedback from focus groups and subject matter expert groups. Compile and analyze information for the content development of curriculum.
- Develop content and format of adult learning curriculum on topics related to substance and mental health recovery. Write product content and materials. Ensure materials are accessible, complete, accurate and consistently formatted.
- Assist with beta testing of new curriculum products. Facilitate trainings as needed.
- Ensure project milestones and key deadlines are met for assigned projects. Communicate progress on project milestones with Project Manager.
- Facilitate written and oral communication with training entities, subject matter experts, state agencies and boards on processes related to curriculum development.
- Assist with other project coordination tasks as needed.
Bachelor’s Degree with at least 5 years experience in adult learning curriculum development and writing. Strong organizational skills. Excellent attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Values the contributions of others in the work environment. Relevant education and experience may be substituted as appropriate.
Preferred QualificationsMaster's Degree with at least 3 years of experience with and knowledge of behavioral health, family and/or youth peer support recovery models. Experience with complex project management.
Salary Range$60,000-$70,000 - depending on qualifications
Working Conditions- May work around standard office conditions

- M-F, Flexible between 8am-6pm
