24 hour in-house hospital coverage The locum is required to be onsite for 24-hour stretches

Shifts per month: 6-8 shifts per month

Shift length: 24 hours in-house

Yes labor and delivery floor at the Silvis Campus Telehealth:

Services offered in the practice:
Vaginal deliveries C-sections circumcisions

Number of Exam Rooms per provider: N/A Hospital-based coverage only

Lab amp Pharmacy:
Yes Clinic Provider Daily Volume:triages a day plus deliveries

All OB Triages are to be seen by the physician on call.

Patient Demographics:
Primarily obstetric and gynecologic patients

Job Responsibilities:

Provide 24-hour in house call coverage on the labor amp delivery floor including management of obstetric patients deliveries emergency gynecologic cases and inpatient  Rates Needed for Submission:

Malpractice must be included in the rates

Orientation

Hourly 310 rate cap Holiday Hourly Conversion fee 25k rate cap Travel Reimbursements:

Flightsround trip cap to include all taxes and fees. No upgraded airfares or seat upgrades

Lodging - 1.5x the GSA rate cap average for the total stay to include taxes and fees Rental Car - 55/day cap including all taxes and fees regardless of car class. SUV/upgrades over cap will need to be preapproved will only be approved if needed for inclement weather

Mileage - IRS Standard Rate
