Family Medicine Physician at Hopedale Medical Complex

Hopedale Medical Complex is seeking a Family Medicine physician. Join six highly collaborative and independent practicing primary care MDs. We offer an outpatient practice with inpatient opportunities if desired. This is a great opportunity for either a seasoned Board-Certified Physician, or a newly trained Board Eligible Physician. Required Qualifications
  • Doctorate; licensed to practice medicine in the current state
  • Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine
  • Obtain and maintain medical staff membership and appropriate privileges
  • Must be eligible as a provider for Medicare, Medicaid, and other federal health programs
  • Physicians shall meet all qualifications to participate in HMC’s programs for professional malpractice and other liability coverage
  • Licensed by the Federal Drug Enforcement Administration and the State of Illinois to prescribe narcotics, if applicable
