Our organization Southern Illinois Healthcare Foundation (SIHF) is a Federally Qualified Health Care (FQHC) network comprised of30+ health centers (and growing), community outreach programs and supportive services spread through 9 nine counties. We´re looking for a talented and personable provider available in the St. Louis Metro East area. The essential duties and responsibilities of a SIHF Provider include the following:
Provide the full scope of primary care services which fall under field of training, including but not limited to diagnosis, treatment, coordination of care, preventive care and health maintenance.

This location is a combination of the best of both worlds. It is a great little community snuggled 20 minutes southeast of St. Louis. If you are looking to be in a rural setting with easy access to a large metropolitan area this is your home!

Ideally we are looking for an experienced Family Medicine practitioner with excellent communication skills.

We will also consider new graduates with the desire to work in a community health care setting alongside other seasoned providers.

This isn't neurosurgery, it's family medicine in a rural community!

Our health care centers are made up of over 140 practitioners who offer services that include Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Pediatrics, OB/GYN, Psychiatry and Dental. We are the 5th largest health care provider in the St. Louis metropolitan area.
