The facility is located in Rockford, IL.

This position offers a flexible work model in either a clinic, hospital, or both, with a high patient volume and approximately 30-minute clinic appointments. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8a.m. to 5p.m., with no call or ED coverage. Rounding and consults are available if the locum prefers an inpatient mix.
