Landscape Design Assistant

We are a family-owned, high-end residential landscape design firm looking for an entry-level Landscape Design Assistant to join our creative team. We design custom outdoor spaces that balance beauty, function, and craftsmanship, and we are looking for someone eager to learn, contribute, and grow with us.

This role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional with a passion for residential landscape design and a desire to work closely with experienced designers in a collaborative, supportive environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist with custom residential landscape design concepts, layouts, and planting plans

• Prepare and revise drawings using design software such as AutoCAD, Sketch Up, or similar programs

• Research plants, materials, and design details for high-end residential projects

• Conduct site visits, take measurements, and document existing conditions

• Help prepare client presentations and design packages

• Support designers with day-to-day studio and project coordination tasks

What We’re Looking For:

• Coursework or degree in Landscape Design, Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, or a related field, or equivalent experience

• Working knowledge and comfort using landscape design softwares. AutoCAD, Sketch Up, and Adobe Suite are a plus

• Strong interest in residential design, plants, and outdoor living spaces

• Creative, detail-oriented, and eager to learn

• Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a small, close-knit team
