Join to apply for the Trainer role at Epic
. This position is based on our campus in Madison, WI, and requires relocation to the area. We recruit nationally and provide financial relocation assistance.
- Lead in-person and virtual training sessions for physicians, nurses, and other healthcare users, in addition to our staff.
- Serve as the first point of contact for staff and users, shaping their experience as they transition to Epic and helping them in saving lives.
- Participate in the training process from start to finish, including instructional design and development of training materials and scenarios you will deliver.
- Collaborate with teams to design workflow-based training content, work with organizations to develop their training, and contribute to projects to improve software usability.
- Bachelor's degree or greater (any major)
- Prior education, teaching, or performance experience preferred
- A history of academic and professional success
- Willingness to travel at least 6 times per year to customer locations
- Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
- Relocation to the Madison, WI area (reimbursed)
- COVID-19 vaccination
