Overview
Eastern Illini Electric Cooperative, an electric distribution cooperative in Paxton, Illinois, is seeking qualified candidates for a full-time member care representative (MCR). The MCR position is part of the cooperative’s member relations team and provides front-level customer service and billing services to the cooperative members.
Responsibilities- Provide front-level customer service and billing services to cooperative members as part of the member relations team.
- Demonstrate reliability, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills while engaging members in a positive manner.
- Utilize various computer programs to support daily job duties and member interactions.
- An associate’s degree with emphasis in accounting, business administration, communications and/or management is required. Three years of closely related and progressive job experience and specialized training may be substituted for the education requirements.
- A pre-employment background check, physical and drug screen are required.
