Overview

Our client, a leader in benefits and leaves operations support, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Customer Service II to join their team. As a Customer Service II, you will be an essential part of the Benefits/Leaves Operations team supporting clients across the US, Canada, and Puerto Rico. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, adaptability, and a customer-focused mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Customer Service II

Location: Lake Bluff, IL

Pay Range: $24.50

• Answer benefits and leaves questions from clients with professionalism and patience
• Partner with vendors to provide requested data efficiently
• Audit benefits and leaves payroll data to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Maintain a seamless customer experience both online and offline
• Handle a high volume of requests with speed and precision in a fast-paced environment

• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new processes with minimal guidance
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
• Patience, accuracy, and attentive listening skills to interpret customer requests
