Client Service Manager

Location: Channahon

Essential Job Functions

* Develops client service policies and procedures to ensure consistent client service and

* satisfaction.

* Troubleshoots and resolves nonroutine client complaints.

* Resolves major problems with orders, delivery dates or service.

* Establishes goals and metrics for the client service function and measures the team's

* performance.

* Tracks client complaints or inquiries and recommends changes to improve client satisfaction.

* May directly handle more complex inquiries or inquiries from critical clients.

* Other duties as assigned

Education & Experience

* High school diploma or GED required

* Minimum seven years industry experience required

* 6-7 years supervisory experience required

CERTIFICATIONS AND LICENSES

* Professional certification may be required in some areas.
