Airport Terminal Services - : R-109926 [Customer Service Representative] As a Passenger Service Agent at Airport Terminal Services, you'll:
Check in passengers and their luggage at the ticket counter and gate;
Patiently handle customer concerns and complaints regarding ticketing and baggage handling;
Answer inquiries regarding flight schedules, fares and other questions;
Make announcements at gate or over general PA system regarding flight activity.
