Overview
Video Production Specialist wanted to support the creation of high-quality video content across marketing, training, and brand initiatives. Youll assist in all stages of production—from planning and capturing footage to editing and delivering polished final assets. This position is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in video production who is eager to grow, learn new tools, and take on increasing responsibilities.
You should be comfortable working independently, committed to meeting deadlines, and able to deliver creative work that aligns with brand standards.
- Assist with concept development, scripts, storyboards, and shot lists.
- Coordinate production logistics such as schedules, locations, and equipment needs.
- Help ensure projects are properly organized within the team’s workflow.
- Support on-set video production, including camera operation, lighting, and audio setup.
- Capture high-quality footage under direction from senior team members.
- Ensure all visuals follow brand guidelines and project requirements.
- Edit and assemble video content across formats (training, promotional, social, internal, etc.).
- Work with or be willing to learn log footage workflows for proper color management.
- Assist with color correction, audio mixing, motion graphics, and titling.
- Prepare final deliverables optimized for multiple platforms.
- Maintain clean, organized projects and file structures.
- Manage tasks within Asana or another project management system (or be willing to learn).
- Work independently while communicating progress and challenges proactively.
- Consistently meet deadlines and uphold high delivery standards.
- Adapt content to align with brand guidelines, visual tone, and creative best practices.
- Assist with occasional graphic design or photography needs.
- Occasional travel for external/offsite shoots (once a quarter).
- Keep our DAM (Brandfolder) and dealer marketing portal up to date.
- 1–3 years of experience in video production, editing, or related creative fields.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro; familiarity with DaVinci Resolve.
- Basic understanding of lighting, composition, and audio recording.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to follow brand guidelines and maintain content consistency.
- A portfolio or reel demonstrating video editing and production capabilities.
- Photography and photo editing experience.
- Experience working with 4K log footage and color pipelines (Sony S-Log3).
- Graphic design experience or familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Experience with motion graphics or simple animation.
Note:
Target Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000 per year. Exact pay will be based on factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, level, geographic location, and business and organizational needs.
