Photographer – On-Site

Overview

This role is ideal for a skilled food photographer who thrives in fast-paced restaurant environments and is passionate about capturing visually compelling images of culinary creations. You will be responsible for photographing a variety of menu items—including entr e9es, desserts, and beverages—at several restaurants in Marathon, FL. Your work will directly support the restaurants’ marketing efforts, delivery platforms, and menu presentations.

The position requires on-site presence, efficient workflow in busy kitchens, and the ability to deliver high-quality, color-accurate RAW images that showcase each dish at its best.

• Capture professional, high-resolution photographs of entire restaurant menus, including all food and beverage items.
• Style and arrange dishes to enhance visual appeal while maintaining authenticity.
• Work efficiently within active kitchen environments, adapting to varied lighting and space constraints.
• Deliver unedited RAW image files promptly after each session.
• Manage and transport your own photography equipment, ensuring all necessary gear is available for each shoot.

• Proven experience in professional food photography, preferably for restaurants or commercial clients.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in food styling and composition.
• Proficiency with DSLR or mirrorless camera systems, lenses, diffusers, reflectors, and tethering equipment.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in dynamic, on-site settings.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Reliable transportation to and from Marathon, FL; local candidates or those able to travel are preferred.
• Comfortable working without post-production responsibilities; focus is on delivering high-quality RAW files.
• Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor when interacting with restaurant staff.
