Asphalt Project Manager​/Estimator

We are seeking an experienced Asphalt Project Manager / Estimator. This full‑time role blends pre‑construction estimating, project management, and hands‑on field oversight to deliver paving and asphalt maintenance projects efficiently, on schedule, and within budget. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, thrives in fast‑paced environments, and has proven expertise in asphalt paving or road construction.

• Oversee asphalt paving, resurfacing, and maintenance projects from bid award through completion.
• Prepare accurate estimates, takeoffs, and proposals for paving and asphalt scopes.
• Coordinate crews, subcontractors, and material suppliers to maintain smooth project execution.
• Monitor schedules, budgets, change orders, and jobsite progress to maximize profitability.
• Communicate project updates, timelines, and expectations with clients and internal teams.
• Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
• Identify challenges and implement solutions to keep projects on track and efficient.

• Proven experience in asphalt paving, road construction, or related project management.
• Strong estimating, cost control, and coordination skills for multiple concurrent projects.
• Familiarity with paving operations, materials, and construction scheduling.
• Excellent communication skills for client and team interactions.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of leading field teams effectively.
• Must have Valid Driver's License.
• Background check will be required for Security Sensitive Projects.
