Early Childhood Educator

This is a full-time on-site role for an Early Childhood Educator located in Naperville, IL. The Early Childhood Educator will oversee the planning and execution of age-appropriate learning activities, create a safe and nurturing environment for children, monitor and document each child’s development, and provide guidance to foster their social, emotional, and academic growth. The role also involves collaborating with parents and guardians to keep them informed about their child’s progress and addressing their developmental needs.

• Expertise in Early Childhood Education, child development, and creating lesson plans tailored for young learners
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with children, parents, and colleagues
• Skills in classroom management, problem-solving, and maintaining a positive learning environment
• Knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene standards in a childcare setting
• Relevant certifications such as CPR and First Aid are a plus
• Passion for nurturing young minds and fostering a love of learning
• Educational qualifications in Early Childhood Education or a related field
