Position Title: Accounting Specialist - AP
Compensation Range: $58,600 - $71,700 USD
Department: Finance
Location: Naperville, IL

The OpportunityAccounting support for the AGI US manufacturing facilities. Accounts payable and accounts receivable invoicing processing. Work closely with procurement and receiving departments to ensure timely and accurate processing of supplier invoices.
Responsibilities- Accounts payable processing – vouchering, approvals, and payments
- Track supplier rebate accruals
- Monitor received not invoiced reports to keep current
- Work with procurement team on identifying opportunities to leverage AGI buying power
- Assist with customer invoicing and accounts receivable functions as needed
- Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow-up with customers as needed
- Preparing, reviewing, and analyzing data to identify trends and recommend solutions
- Develop measures to encourage timely processing
- Assist with internal and external audit support requests
- Associates Degree in Business Administration or similar, or comparable work experience
- 3 years of experience in similar field
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office software:
Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, Sharepoint - Microsoft Dynamics AX and/or Oracle Fusion experience a plus
