  Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Business Administration, Customer Relationship Management or equivalent.
• Experience:
  
  Minimum 2 years of experience with a Bachelor's OR Minimum 1 year of experience with a Master’s in areas such as Customer Relationship Management, Customer Success or equivalent.
