Position SummaryReporting to the Vice President of Strategy & Growth, the Senior Manager, Growth Marketing (Strategy) will own and expand OHS’s cross‑sell strategy. The role involves developing, executing, and optimizing cross‑sell campaigns and go‑to‑market initiatives to drive add‑on purchasing behavior. Based in the Naperville, IL office, this hybrid position requires 3–4 days in‑office per week.
Responsibilities- Identify and refine growth strategies to improve cross‑sell and up‑sell marketing across the customer experience.
- Analyze data and present quarterly and monthly business reviews, providing insights, trends, and key takeaways with partners in commercial finance, business intelligence, and marketing analytics.
- Build accurate campaign forecasts and ensure day‑to‑day visibility of cross‑sell efforts.
- Diagnose performance trends, collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to resolve issues, and leverage customer data for strategy refinement.
- Test and validate new marketing tactics, including bundled offers, loyalty programs, and outbound dialing campaigns; lead A/B testing.
- Partner with brand teams to operationalize the customer value proposition and cascade key messaging across all customer touchpoints.
- 5+ years in growth, performance, or product marketing (B2B2C a plus).
- Track record of developing roadmaps, executing strategies, and measuring impact to achieve measurable growth.
- Experience managing or influencing a P&L; strong analytical skills; proficiency with BI tools (Looker a plus) and Excel.
- Expert knowledge of marketing processes and campaign execution (traditional and digital).
- Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tableau) and marketing platforms (Hub Spot, Salesforce).
- Experience with loyalty programs and cross‑sell/up‑sell techniques.
- Consulting or start‑up experience a plus.
- Independent, self‑starter with strong communication and the ability to influence C‑level executives.
- Analytically driven, detail‑oriented, with a roll‑up‑your‑sleeves mentality.
- Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
- Looker or similar BI / data analytics platform
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required; MBA preferred.
CompensationBase pay range: $125,000 – $160,000 USD annually, with annual performance bonuses, sales incentives, or commission potential.
