Location: Montgomery
Sam's Club - Up to $28.00/hour - 1050 Ogden Avenue - Responsibilities:
Collaborates with team members to fulfill sales and service requests, educating other associates on tools, tasks, resources, and mentoring new technicians;
Demonstrates knowledge of safety and compliance protocols, tire and battery industry guidelines, service standards, equipment operations, TPMS, product specifications, and seasonality;
Leverages digital tools to plan for and drive sales, improve the service experience, and elevate associate engagement;
Communicates equipment, tools, and supplies needs to TBC Lead, tracking and monitoring returns and special orders, operating cash registers, processing transactions, and maintaining inventory;
Maintains a culture of integrity and customer service, delivering results and supporting team members
