- Greet and consult with customers to understand their vehicle needs.
- Provide detailed explanations of recommended services and vehicle repairs.
- Schedule appointments and communicate with customers throughout the repair process.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of service orders.
- Build lasting relationships by delivering excellent customer service.
- Prior experience as an Automotive Service Advisor (luxury vehicle experience preferred).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Passion for delivering top‑notch customer service.
- Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance processes.

$100,000 - $250,000 a year
Salary dependent on experience and performance. No cap on commissions/bonuses!
