Operational Support Drivers

Overview

Performance Driven Workforce (PDW) is now hiring Full-time Operational Support Drivers for an automotive Tier 1 supplier. This position is located in Colorado Springs, CO. Candidates meeting the requirements for this Full-time Operational Support Driver position below are strongly encouraged to apply.

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
• This position requires a proactive attitude, the ability to learn quickly, and effective multitasking in a fast-paced environment
• ADAS driving/charging experience is a major plus
• Technical experience in automotive, computers and/or similar electronics
• Basic understanding of Windows, MacOS, and Linux

• Drive prototype vehicles on public and private roads to test ADAS features and troubleshoot technical issues
• Collect data manually while driving, including hands-free on highways
• Operate in-vehicle data recording computers, including start/stop recording and minor debugging
• Ensure the safe operation of test vehicles on public roads
• Time management and cooperative development skills
• Focus, attention to detail, and require minimal mentorship to complete tasks
• Ability to demonstrate safe driving in all weather conditions
• Ability to communicate clearly, both written and orally
• Exceptional ability and desire to learn new skills and tools
• Ability to apply oneself in new problems in a dynamic environment
• Ability to work in a collaborative team setting with ambitious goals and timelines

• $16/hour
• Overtime when available
