Team Overview:
Team of 5 onsite

Resource's typical working day:
Arrive onsite, do building checks. Walk around check.
Speak to the team onsite
Speak to customers onsite on a regular basis
Meeting with suppliers
Audits and some level of reporting

Must Have

Skills:

Good communication skills both oral and written, can communicate with stakeholders and the team
Someone who is proactive, look for things before they become issues
Being ablet o look at data and identify trend

Nice to have skills:
If they have any facilities management certification that would be great
Any experience of using FM computer systems
