Job Summary
Job Summary: SBS Creatix is seeking an Operations Support Associate to join a dynamic operations team supporting daily business functions within a fast-paced utility services environment. This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate data entry, system updates, and administrative coordination that directly supports field personnel and customer service operations. The Operations Support Associate will have high visibility within the operating center, working cross-functionally to maintain data integrity, support scheduling and billing processes, and ensure operational continuity.
This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a structured, deadline-driven environment and enjoys balancing multiple administrative priorities.
- Enter and maintain payroll and time data within internal time reporting systems
- Update and maintain operational databases, daily tracking sheets, and required reports with accurate, current information
- Process and update daily customer orders across multiple internal systems, including rate changes, service installations/removals, lighting orders, disconnections for non-payment, and damage claim billing
- Review, investigate, and complete online workflow management reports
- Communicate with customers regarding scheduling updates and order changes
- Maintain accurate files and records in accordance with operational procedures
- Provide general clerical support, including mail handling, office supply coordination, and preparation of letters and spreadsheets
- Support additional operating centers as needed during peak periods, vacations, or staff absences
- Ensure data accuracy and compliance with established administrative processes
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ year of clerical or administrative experience in a professional office environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong data entry skills with high attention to accuracy and detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated organizational skills and clerical aptitude
- Ability to successfully complete clerical aptitude and data entry assessments
- Experience working with enterprise customer service, order management, or operational support systems
- Familiarity with workflow management tools and time reporting systems
- Experience supporting operations, utilities, or service-based organizations
- Prior exposure to multi-system data entry environments
