Location: Rosemont

We are seeking someone with at least 1-2 years of current office experience and 4 year degree to join our team.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Reception
  • Interacting with clients, prospects, and vendors by phone.
  • Welcoming clients by greeting them on workshop days and enhancing client relationships.
  • Distributing emails from the general inbox to appropriate team members.
  • Updating and maintaining the client database.
  • Arranging courier delivery and receiving and distributing mail.
  • Interacting with clients and responding to client requests on a daily basis.
  • Ensuring the reception area is presentable at all times.
  • Handling online chat requests.
  • Administrative Support
  • Creating and updating data sheets and applications.
  • Updating prospect and client information.
  • Entering new referrals into the database.
  • Coordinating catering and flower orders.
  • Printing client lists for workshops.
  • Formatting articles to create a resource booklet.
  • Making sure marketing information is current.

Ideal candidates will have strong MS Office skills and be able to work in office M-F. Please send your resume for immediate interviews.
