Job Type: Full-time (Non-exempt)

Pay: $16.50 – $20.50 per hour

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of an office
  • Maintain office supplies and inventory.
  • Process all purchase orders (Pos)
  • Manage worker compensation related items
  • Manage documentation and organize files
  • Ensure smooth functioning of office procedures and systems
  • Act as a liaison between the plant manager and upper management
  • Maintain confidential and sensitive information
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Teamwork
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Two to three years of experience in an office setting
  • One to two years of experience as an office manager
  • Experience being the owner’s right-hand person
  • A degree in business administration, management, or a related field is often preferred. Additionally, several years of experience in an administrative or supervisory role can significantly enhance a candidate’s prospects.
  • An equivalent combination of experience, education, and/or training will be considered.

Supervisory Responsibility
  • This position has no supervisory responsibility.
Travel
  • No travel is expected for this position.
  • This position works in a warehouse setting, and typically involves working in an office setting. Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer are required. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
