General SummaryUnder direction and supervision of the Executive Director of Communications, responsible for performing comprehensive support services for Communications and other departments as assigned.

- Monitors social media accounts and responds or manages messages/traffic with the oversight of Executive Director of Communications.
- Prepares print ads and brochures as needed.
- Prepares other signage and marketing materials as needed and requested.
- Attends and actively participates in Marketing Team meetings.
- Assists in planning, preparing, and attending most hospital and Foundation functions.
- Assists the Foundation and Recruitment and Retention Committee with community contact and communications.
- Cooperates with hospital staff to achieve goals and maintain good employee relations, interdepartmental relations, and public relations.
- Assists HR with recruitment efforts and onboarding of new employees as directed.
- Attends meetings as required such as in-service meetings and committee meetings.
- Organizes work schedule according to daily and non-daily responsibilities and duties.
- Answers telephone, receives and delivers messages.
- Handles correspondence, performs typing, filing, copy work and other clerical duties as required.
- Keeps Executive Director of Communications informed of all current task lists that are being worked.
- Performs other duties as directed by Executive Director of Communications.

- Floor to knuckle – 20 lbs
- 12” to knuckle – 30 lbs
- Knuckle to shoulder – 10 lbs
- Shoulder to overhead – 10 lbs
- Carry – 20 lbs
- Push – 10 ft/lbs
- Pull – 10 ft/lbs
- Job specific: push wooden sled 80 ft to simulate pushing a rolling cart loaded with a box of paper
