Salary: $85,000 – $100,000

Key Responsibilities for the Senior Accountant:
• Manage and execute month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statements in accordance with GAAP
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities and provide variance analysis for leadership review
• Assist with internal and external audit requests by preparing schedules and documentation
• Maintain and enhance internal controls, accounting policies, and procedures
• Collaborate with other departments to support operational initiatives and resolve accounting issues
• The Senior Accountant will also assist in special projects, system implementations, and process improvements
Qualifications for the Senior Accountant:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA or CPA candidate preferred
• 3+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in a corporate or public accounting environment
• Solid understanding of GAAP and month-end close processes
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; ERP system experience a plus
• The ideal Senior Accountant will be proactive, organized, and comfortable working in a collaborative setting
