A renowned retail brand in Ilkley is looking for a Retail Team Leader / Duty Manager to lead their team on a fixed-term basis. Responsibilities include delivering outstanding customer service, coaching, maintaining food hygiene, and health & safety standards. This is a full-time role of 37.5 hours a week, with various working hours and includes at least one weekend day each week.
