How will you make a difference?The Growth Marketing Specialist will drive measurable and commercially focused growth in Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and revenue through our Partnerships, Product, New Markets and Enterprise channels.
The Growth Marketing Specialist will be responsible for- Generating new business revenue through high-value strategic partnerships, delivered through co-marketing, thought leadership, and joint demand-generation campaigns
- Generating new inbound revenue through Enterprise, new markets and product marketing strategies, achieved by increasing AOV, optimising conversion across existing markets, and strengthening the inbound funnel
This role works cross-functionally with marketing, product, sales and external partners to identify growth opportunities, execute high-impact campaigns, and accelerate revenue generation at scale.
Varied Day To Day Responsibilities- Own the strategy and execution for driving inbound enterprise and new-market revenue through partnerships, product marketing, and demand generation
- Identify, activate, and scale high-value marketing partnerships that deliver measurable pipeline and revenue impact
- Lead integrated marketing programmes across content, digital, PR, and co-marketing to improve enterprise positioning and conversion
- Define and optimise messaging, positioning, and the end-to-end customer journey across priority verticals and lifecycle stages
- Partner with Product and Sales to deliver go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and sales enablement that support growth
- Use data, attribution, and performance insight to connect marketing activity to revenue outcomes and maximise ROI
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Partnerships, Customer Success, and Marketing leaders to ensure execution against shared revenue targets
- Own performance, delivery standards, and accountability for partnership, enterprise, and new-market inbound growth
- Relevant marketing/business qualification (e.g., CIM, IDM, or equivalent) demonstrating strong theoretical and practical understanding of marketing principles
- Circa 5 years of proven experience generating revenue through multi-channel campaigns and/or partnership-led programmes
- Experience increasing AOV, driving enterprise acquisition, and scaling inbound revenue channels
- Ability to identify, close, and manage strategic partnerships delivering measurable commercial outcomes
- Strong analytical and optimisation skills with the ability to link marketing performance to revenue attribution
- Previous experience in a B2B SaaS business (desired not essential)
