We’re on the lookout for an ambitious Sales and Events Manager to join our vibrant team — covering our beautiful Bistrot, Pub and Hotel in the heart of Ilkley.

We need a creative, results-driven leader who can bring our brand to life, connect with local communities, and grow our reach across the region.

This is a hands-on role blending strategic marketing flair with operational excellence. You’ll drive customer loyalty, boost brand awareness, and maximise revenue — working closely with the General Manager, Marketing Team, and restaurant teams to deliver consistent brand experiences and exceptional service every time.
