Salary: £45,000 – £55,000 Location: Manufacturing Business, North Leeds

A leading manufacturing business in North Leeds is seeking an experienced Management Accountant to join its finance team. This is a key role responsible for delivering accurate financial reporting, supporting decision-making, and managing a small team. You will also play a pivotal role in implementing a new finance system in March 2026.

• Financial accounting duties and compliance
• Preparation of monthly management accounts with variance analysis
• Business partnering with operational teams to provide financial insights
• Overseeing payroll and ensuring statutory compliance
• Managing and developing a team of two finance professionals
• Leading the transition from Sage to Odoo, including implementation and training

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent experience
• Strong technical knowledge of financial and management accounting
• Proven experience in team management and mentoring
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Proficiency in Sage and exposure to system implementation projects (Odoo desirable)
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
