An opportunity has arisen for a Band 5 Registered Nurse within the Community Planned Care Business Unit to rotate between our community hospital outpatient departments, Long Eaton, Ilkeston, Heanor, Ripley & St Oswalds (Ashbourne).
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who can work within a team and individually.
Due to cross-site working in this role a car driver/owner is essential.
Experience of working within coloscopy services would be desirable.
This role incorporates cross-site working to support outpatient services at all our community sites when required.
Applicants must have evidence of updated personal development, excellent interpersonal skills, be flexible, have an ability to work under pressure, and a strong desire to work in an outpatient setting.
Previous outpatient experience would be desirable but not essential.
Outpatient services positively support the learning and development of their staff. A teaching or preceptorship qualification would be beneficial. Please note that these hours are not set shift patterns and will be worked flexibly according to the needs of the service and may include some evening and weekend work.
