We are currently working with a growing business who are looking to bring in an experienced Finance Support professional on a temporary basis, with the potential for this to become a permanent role for the right person.

This is a hands-on, varied role supporting a busy finance function during a period of change and development. The role offers flexibility around working hours (typically 20-25 hours per week, with the option to increase as required).

Description of the role:

You will be providing day-to-day financial support, with a particular focus on:

Accruals and prepayments
Supporting month-end processes
Maintaining, analysing and reconciling data in Excel
Reviewing, cleansing and integrating historic financial information
Supporting with spreadsheet-based projects and reporting
Assisting with personal tax documentation and information relating to rental properties

About you:

Proven experience working with accruals and prepayments
Strong Excel skills - comfortable working with large data sets, formulas, and analysis
A hands-on, detail-focused finance professional
Comfortable working independently and supporting ongoing projects
