Estimator / Quantity Surveyor – Refurbishment / Fit‑Out / Construction
RMJ Construction & Development, Inc. is a specialist main contractor based in Nottinghamshire, seeking an Estimator / Quantity Surveyor to join our expanding team. This key role focuses on tendering and procurement for refurbishment, fit‑out, and build projects ranging from £250k to £1m.
Key Duties- Assessing and pricing tenders and producing cost plans
- Working closely with company owners
- Procurement of sub‑contractors
- Preparing project budgets
- Proven track record of pricing refurbishment and fit‑out projects
- Strong ability to communicate with clients and site teams
- Industry related qualifications
- Good IT skills
- Experience pricing and securing projects in the refurbishment and fit‑out sector
- Successful specialist contractor with 5‑year growth plan
- Solid network of repeat clients and full order book
- Excellent opportunities for career progression
- Hybrid working available (50/50 split)
- Competitive salary of £50,000 – £60,000 (DOE)
- Company car or car allowance (£5,000)
