Deputy Manager in Residential Childcare – Erewash River Area
Responsibilities- Lead shifts and provide high‑quality care for children and young people.
- Act as key worker for assigned children, supporting care plans and casework.
- Promote trauma‑informed care and PACE principles.
- Supervise and mentor residential support workers.
- Ensure safeguarding and child‑protection policies are followed.
- Support children's development, education and well-being.
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in residential childcare.
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience.
- Level 3/4 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent).
- Full UK driving licence.
- £36,000 per annum
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
