What you will do:
- Independently manage and differentially diagnose a caseload of preschool and school-aged pupils with diverse speech, language, and communication needs, including those with an Education, Health, and Care Plan.
- Devise and deliver suitable specialist interventions and care plans for pupils with complex communication needs and provide timely support.
- Collaborate as part of the integrated multi-disciplinary team to ensure seamless delivery of care plans.
- Contribute to multidisciplinary support for pupils experiencing speech, language, and communication difficulties.
- Offer feedback, advice, and training to parents, family members, carers, and the multidisciplinary team on communication strategies that facilitate development.
- Develop and provide training and support packages to enhance service delivery.
Requirements:
- Hold current HCPC registration.
- A valid driving licence is required as car travel will be beneficial for managing your caseload across the region.
