The Role – Behaviour Mentor

As a Behaviour Mentor, you will provide 1:1 support to KS1 and KS2 pupils who present challenging behaviours. You will work closely with class teachers and senior staff to implement behaviour strategies and provide consistent guidance throughout the school day. The successful candidate will be patient, proactive, and committed to helping pupils develop positive routines and self-regulation skills. Creating a calm, structured, and encouraging environment will be key to supporting pupils in making meaningful behavioural progress.

Previous experience working with children with behavioural needs is essential.
