* Experience supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis preferred

– The Role

As a 1:1 Teaching Assistant, you will provide dedicated support to a pupil with additional needs, helping them access the curriculum and engage fully in school life. You will work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to follow individual support plans, encourage independence, and promote positive learning behaviours.
