With this in mind, our aim is to help and serve the next generation by providing safe and loving homes for children and young people who are not able to live with their own families.
At Bright Young Futures, we aim to go the extra mile everyday, ensuring that we offer the highest quality of care.
You'll be fun, active, energised, deeply experienced in work with young people with some complex needs, and looking to join an organisation you can believe in and who in return will believe and invest in you. At Bright Young Futures we believe that the most valuable assets to our business is our staff team, therefore it is very important that we have the right culture and environment for staff to thrive.
You’ll have multiple years’ experience working alongside young people who might struggle in other settings and will be used to dealing with a range of challenging behaviours and complex support needs, with a good understanding of safeguarding.
