Looking for steady miles without the "endless road" burnout? Rocky Mountain Agronomics (RMA) is hiring a CDL A Driver for a unique, blended role. This position offers a mix of long‑haul independence and focused regional cycles, providing a refreshing change of pace throughout the year.

  Operates out of Filer, .

  During regional stints, you’ll focus on Nevada routes with a typical home‑on‑weekends schedule.

• Variety: A hybrid of highway driving and hands‑on delivery—ideal for those who hate monotony.

• Adaptable Hauling:
  Transition between OTR long-haul and regional delivery depending on the season and operational needs.
• Nevada Operations:
  Seasonally support our Nevada customers with regional delivery of agricultural and chemical products.
• Hands‑On Delivery:
  Load and unload products (boxes, jugs, bags, pallets) using forklifts and piggyback equipment.
• Safety First:
  Maintain rigorous DOT standards, pre/post‑trip inspections, and secure transport of raw materials and finished goods.
• Team Support:
  Assist with yard or shop operations during transition periods.

• Valid CDL A with an acceptable driving record.
• Experience:
  
  1+ year of verifiable driving experience (we are flexible based on your specific background).
• Endorsements: HAZMAT endorsement (or the willingness to obtain one).
• Adaptability:
  Someone who thrives in a role that shifts gears between long‑haul independence and regional routine.
