Responsibilities
Performs building and grounds maintenance and repair as needed. May Include: landscaping, snow removal in winter, guest calls for repairs, electrical, plumbing, air conditioning in summer, heating in winter, minor carpentry work and other duties as needed.
Qualifications- Experience with in the hotel trade and some knowledge of carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and heating/air conditioning preferred, but not required.
- Must be at least age 18 due to labor laws.
- Required to lift at least 50 lbs and pass random drug testing.
- Employer requires current references (they will be checked).
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule as needed, may include weekends and holidays, and have a working reliable phone.
- Full time position.
- Pays $14 per hour, depending on experience.
- Benefits will be discussed with employer.
