Mallory Paint Store in Ponderay is growing and we’re looking for a friendly, energetic Retail Sales Assistant / Paint Specialist to join our crew. This is a part‑time role (flexible hours to start) that quickly turns into a full‑time position for the right fit. No paint experience? No problemwe’ll train you! Just bring your positive vibe and willingness to help customers transform their spaces.
What You’ll Be Doing:- Tint & mix paint like a pro (we’ll show you the ropes!)
- Stock merchandise and keep the store looking sharp
- Make local deliveries (got a driver’s license? You’re golden)
- Verify shipping & receiving accuracy to keep things running smooth
- Fill customer orders with speed and precision
- Handle general store cleaning and merchandising
- Help customers pick the perfect colors for their next project
- Work the POS system for seamless checkouts
