• Create menu magic and make customers happy.
• Prepare new menu items and daily preparation requirements.
• Provide guidance to line cooks.
• Conduct inventories and maintain sanitary, well‑maintained food prep areas.
• Ensure safe food handling practices.
• Open and close kitchen procedures, accommodating customer needs in a timely manner.
• Cook proteins to pre‑determined temperatures.

• 5+ years industry experience.
• Knowledge of all mother and minor sauces.
• Working knowledge of proper butchering techniques.
• Mastery of slicer, Robo‑Coup, Hobart, convection ovens and other specialized equipment.
• State Food Handler’s License(s) required.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and memos.
• Excellent communication skills, able to present information in one‑on‑one and small group settings.
• Strong knife skills and ability to adjust preparations for flavor.

• Hourly pay range: $20 to $22 DOE.
