Line Cook | McCall Collection (Seasonal starting in May)
Base pay range: $20.00/hr - $22.00/hr

- Create menu magic and make customers happy.
- Prepare new menu items and daily preparation requirements.
- Provide guidance to line cooks.
- Conduct inventories and maintain sanitary, well‑maintained food prep areas.
- Ensure safe food handling practices.
- Open and close kitchen procedures, accommodating customer needs in a timely manner.
- Cook proteins to pre‑determined temperatures.
- 5+ years industry experience.
- Knowledge of all mother and minor sauces.
- Working knowledge of proper butchering techniques.
- Mastery of slicer, Robo‑Coup, Hobart, convection ovens and other specialized equipment.
- State Food Handler’s License(s) required.
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and memos.
- Excellent communication skills, able to present information in one‑on‑one and small group settings.
- Strong knife skills and ability to adjust preparations for flavor.
- Eligibility depends on job status.
- Hourly pay range: $20 to $22 DOE.
- Tip/Tip pooling eligible.
