Quality Inspector

Position Summary

Level One – The Quality Inspector I visually inspects and evaluates all visual product characteristics as they pertain to drawing and specification requirements. These include in-process and final product inspection.

• 100% Tin Soldier inspection of product to visually observe characteristics that conform to customers’ specifications of the product in final form
• Knowledge of Customers’ Specifications
• Perform visual in-process inspection of product during manufacturing
• SOX Tester

• Ability to read blueprints
• Ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment to assure delivery requirements
• Computer literate

• One-year experience at Andrews Laser Works or equivalent Aerospace/Quality experience within the last three years

• GED or High School diploma

To comply with U.S. Government export control regulations, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and the Export Administration Regulations (EAR), this position may require applicants to be U.S. Persons (i.e., U.S. citizens, U.S. lawful permanent residents, protected individuals as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3)), or eligible to obtain the required export authorizations from the U.S. Department of State or the U.S. Department of Commerce.
