You’ll have a designated technician each day, plus 1‑2 additional techs to assist with labs, treatments, and medications. Our surgical and dental teams work with 2‑3 dedicated technicians (based on caseload). And because we are all in this together, our Boise colleagues are always ready to help.

Our relocation support is designed around real life, not just a checklist. Up to $30,000 in sign‑on and/or relocation assistance, which may include company‑provided housing for up to one year, relocation support, or a customized combination based on your needs. We also have strong local connections to help make your transition to the valley easier.

Our four‑day workweek means time to enjoy Sun Valley with no weekends and no on‑call. We prioritize people over metrics, closing both locations every August for a staff retreat in the mountains. The valley also has a growing need for emergency care, and if you’re passionate about ER, we’d love to support you in exploring solutions.
