Whether you're an outdoor enthusiast or simply enjoy small town living, this place has it all. We are currently hiring for a lead RN for the Operating Room.

Schedule:

1.0 FTE (80 hours pay period) Monday-Friday 5 (8) 0700 to 1530 pm.

What you can expect:

The operating room is committed to providing quality surgical and diagnostic/therapeutic care to inpatient, outpatient and ambulatory pediatric through geriatric patients.  The RN lead will be held accountable for processes and fostering a culture of excellence among peers in the operating room. The RN lead will bring a higher level of commitment to quality initiatives and provide a broader perspective beyond daily charge duties.

Leads can assist with assignments, scheduling, and learning parts of the ANM role. The RN Leads will work with staff to promote conflict resolution and counsel staff when practice standards are not met, which is more effective when providing patient care directly.

Qualifications

* Education:

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)

* Experience:

3+ years of Surgical Services (Operating Room)

* Licenses/Certifications:

Current RN licensure from the State of Practice and BLS.
